My Cousin Pamela Polakow has lost her access to geni.com. I have deleted her immediate family members but am unable to delete her.

Why did you delete profiles?
Did she look at Lost Password, How do I update the email address on my Geni account? and How do I update the email address on my Geni account, if I no longer have access to that email address?
If that does not help she should probably contact Geni, see How do I contact Geni about my subscription?
