I can't report death date of my sister, the field does not exist

Geni Support Team Hi, we're sorry to hear about your sister's passing. If you do not see the option to update her profile, then it is likely because she had claimed her profile with her email address. Please report her account as Deceased by going to her profile page, click "Actions" at the top right, and select "Report." In the dropdown, select "Deceased" and leave a comment. Once our customer service team reviews the report, they will be able to unclaim the account so that you may update her profile to reflect her passing.
