I can't edit my mother's death

Geni Support Team Hi Natalia, we're sorry to hear about your mother's passing. You are likely unable to edit her profile because she had claimed her account with her email address. Please report her account as Deceased by clicking on the Actions button at the top right of her page and select "Report." Choose "Deceased" in the dropdown and leave a comment. Once our customer service team reviews the report, they will be able to unclaim her account so that you may edit it to reflect her passing.
