I'm trying to make a few changes in our tree, but it doesn't allow me.
I'd like to remove relationships from my own profile, (and separate the trees of my Ex-wife and change her last name) but It doesn't allow it.
Unfortunately my aunt passed away, I want to update that information.

Hi Tigran, you are unable to edit your ex-wife's profile because she has claimed it with her email address. This means that she will need to log in to her own account to update that information. We were able to disconnect her relationship to the tree.
We're very sorry to hear about your aunt's passing. If you do not have the option to edit her profile, then it is likely she had also claimed her account with her email address. Please report her account as Deceased by clicking on the "Actions" button at the top right of the page and select "Report." Select "Deceased" in the dropdown and leave a comment. Once our customer service team reviews the report, they will be able to assist with unclaiming your aunt's account so that you may update it to reflect her passing.
