Geni Support Team Hi, can you please confirm if your DNA results are appearing on FTDNA?
If yes, can you try disconnecting from FTDNA side and then reconnecting to your Geni profile? Please let us know if the results still do not appear on Geni after reconnecting.

Sølvi Strifeldt Thank, but everything is working fine on FTDNA.
I have tried connecting, disconnecting several times, and even delete, download and upload my kit to FTDNA several times just to be sure there wasn’t any errors in the file.
It still says the same.
After some days it change the message to:« DNA tests can be used to confirm or disprove existing relationships in your family tree, as well as discover new relatives. Read the DNA FAQ for more information about DNA testing. You can adjust your DNA privacy settings at any time at Privacy Settings.
*** You can disconnect your account from Family Tree DNA on the Programmer page.
You currently do not have any DNA test results on Geni and there are no relatives with test results that can be copied to your profile.»

There you can read that I also has tried disconnecting and connecting several times to see if Geni will work…Let me know if there is any other things you need?

Geni Support Team Hi, we do see your account connect to Geni. And while we do receive your kit ID, we are not receiving any test data from FTDNA. We recommend contacting FTDNA customer support to see what could be going on with your account.
