Cannot find manager

The user "Clan Henderson" has created Nick Baldwin at the leaf end of a branch and invited him to become a Basic member. Here's his profile:

His email address is registered in his profile.

Clan Henderson now tries to make him a manager of his own profile, but this fails with the message "Cannot find manager." or "Search returned no results".

This is with looking for Nick Baldwin or with his profile number, 6000000070186966977. Neither works. I have also tried with a space after the number, as Jeff suggested in a similar post:

I have tried all these things with FireFox as well as with Google Chrome.

Perhaps your search engine is broken. Please investigate and report back.

  He has not joined Geni yet, - he is invited but has not yet accepted the invite by clicking on the link in the mail he should have received. Once he have set a permanent password for him self the list of managers will by the way go away.
  
  

  If he has not yet received the mail you have probably mis-spelled his email address or the mail is stuck in his spamfilter.
  
  If you suspect a bad email address you can ask a  curator like me to clear the field and re-invite with the correct address.
