I wasn't able to connect this file to my tree on my first attempt. I tried deleting and trying again and it doesn't seem to have deleted completely and neither will it let me resolve these matches - even though I am the one that uploaded them to GENI. Please help! I would like to connect this GEDCOM file to my tree.
Thanks for the link. To delete the profiles from an import, you will need to go to your GEDCOM dashboard and click "undo" for each branch. See our FAQ: https://help.geni.com/hc/en-us/articles/360018818713-Can-I-undo-a-GEDCOM-import-
If you would like to merge the profiles, you may want to try manually completing the merges either through the profile page or by using the "Move Profile" feature in the tree. Please see our FAQ: https://help.geni.com/hc/en-us/articles/229705547-How-do-I-merge-duplicate-profiles-
Thank you! That is what I had done earlier. I did it again and was able to resolve 2 of the 4 in the link that I sent earlier. I am still struggling with 2 - https://www.geni.com/gedcom/resolve_matches/6000000166646308822?anc=5&doc_id=6000000167384523859. Merge this profile is not working for this and the resolve duplicate window doesn't even show up (but was not working earlier either). Please help to resolve this so I can get the entire Gencom to load. Thank you!
