Missing tree

My tree has shed its entries.  I had maybe 40-50 people at least, with dates and places, and I need it back.  I only have one printed copy.  What gives?

  I'm missing tree no dna result on geni no estimate ethnicity just matches that can't be even found in my family tree or heritage...
